In my interface to diamond feed, I select round, minsize, maxsize, one color, one clarity, cut from very good to fair, and girdle from extra-thick to extra-thin, and I get 13 diamonds, while if I search via the web screen on Rapnet, I get 59 diamonds using the same criteria. Is there anything in particular that might be causing this? Do I have to set something else in my program? Please advise.
