Hello, One of our stones that we upload from Salesforce via API is changing the value of "Color" from "Fancy" to "F". The stone is then rejected for being too expensive (Error: "It is prohibited to list a price more than 300% over the Rapaport price list"). When I compare the "DownloadUploadFile" to the "Download Invalid Diamonds" I see that the value of "Color" has changed from "Fancy" to "F", but this has not happened with any other Fancy Color stones.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be wrong?
Thanks Brian

Brian O. Thank you for contacting the TechNet Developer Forum.
Please send you upload file to me at tech@diamonds.net, so I can test it.
Please note that TechNet provides acceptable upload headers and field values here - http://technet.rapaport.com/Info/LotUpload/FieldsAndValues.aspx
If you look at the Color column, we see the note that color is used for white diamonds and "For fancy colors use the fancy color column."
The fancy color values are found here - http://technet.rapaport.com/Info/LotUpload/FieldsAndValues.aspx#Fancy%20Color
Looking forward to hearing from you.
