Hi,
We're using the RetailFeed web service (SOAP) and, whilst searches using the "GetDiamonds" function seem to work fine, there are certain diamonds that are never returned.
For instance, our account's inventory listing shows 170 diamonds yet if we do a broad search with "GetDiamonds" with the only parameter being a price range of $1 to $1,000,000, only 137 diamonds are returned.
A specific example is diamond (id 57671830, stock # 1712) - its on the inventory listing, but isn't returned in a search.

Hi Greg,
As I can see in your Retail feed settings you set the total price between $1-$40,000. it doesn't matter that you set the price rage of "GetDiamonds" to $1 to $1,000,000 . The diamond you mention is not in this range(1-40000) so you wont get it. check your Retail feed setting here- http://member.rapnet.com/Rapnet/InventoryLink/FeedSelection/Diamonds.aspx
