1.Download programmatically (using the sample code) - feeds are refreshed at regular intervals, typically every 4 hours. 2. Manual download - updated instantly. At first you did not have diamonds by your settings ,then you changed your settings so you get diamonds but the Download programmatically has not refreshed.
