Are you trying to use the new inventory link solution?
There is a tough domain restriction, you can only use it on the domain provided in setup, otherwise it won't let you. You can also use this on the localhost and 127.0.0.1 domains for development.

Leo

Den,

the inventory link is a paid service, you should buy it first.

Thank you,
Can I customize the "Inventory Link" - languages, colours?

 hi,

it depends on the way you wans to implement it.

you can use web service, which means that Rapaport gives you only the data and you design your site by your own.

you can use a build in search engine with iframe or java script. each of this options has its customization options. in general you cannot edit the  languages, you can customize some of the colors and you can customize the currency

hi Leo and Ephraim, what do you mean? when i created the link i put the url, and i put the code in a page on the url? i still keep getting it

my goal is to have a shopping cart checkout and separate pages with the different types of diamonds, but the only code that works is the plain iframe code which doesnt have a cart check out,

i will try to make another list and see

<div id='diamondsearch' data-apikey='328f6751a0364951a598ecd727b8f791' data-theme='#483f8e' data-responsive='yes' data-prices='yes' data-contact='yes' data-ecomm='yes'></div><script src='//www.diamondselections.com/Embed/client_assets/initdiamondsearch.js'></ script>

this is the code i was told to enter.. is there anything else? can it be an issue with my domain or hosting?

Hi tarp,

I am looking into this, I can see you have the correct subscription, and the code in your HTML looks okay, with the correct key. But in the setup, the website was set to 'http://www.debulls.com', I changed this to 'www.debulls.com', which didn't help, but now you know that I changed it and you got better SEO rating :-)

looking a bit deeper in your code, it seems that there are a few problems in your HTML. I suggest that you try to copy the widget code into a clean page, so that we can eliminate that as a problem. The problems I see are:
1. An iframe to technet to the top
2. three script references in your header to diamondselections, I think these should only be in the body itself.
3. the embedded code itself got some kind of CDATA section before the closing tag of the HTML.

I don't see how these things would affect the authentication, but I am trying to eliminate factors at the moment, that is why a clean page will be best.

I will ask Ephraim to take another look as well.

Also, remove the space in the closing tag of the script:
<div id='diamondsearch' data-apikey='328f6751a0364951a598ecd727b8f791' data-theme='#483f8e' data-responsive='yes' data-prices='yes' data-contact='yes' data-ecomm='yes'></div><script src='//www.diamondselections.com/Embed/client_assets/initdiamondsearch.js'></script>

oh and by the way when it generates the code it puts the space at the close of the script command, that was what was giving the error

i have made 2 pages one for round and one on the main page, when i try to search it says 0 or showing 0 diamonds, how can i by default list the diamonds so the page looks like it has inventory.
i added inventory and vendors, not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I see it is working very nicely now on www.debulls.com

There were two problems:
1 - the code for the script had an extra space in it, we will change this on our websites.
2 - your setup didn't have any diamonds in it, after you changed this, it still takes a few hours to get populated.

Glad to see the issues got worked out.
