The error you are getting
"You are not authenticated for RapNet InventoryLink web service."
is because you do not have Instant Inventory add-on package
In order to use Instant Inventory Api's you need to have the Instant Inventory package.
This is an Add-on package
Please speak to you client manager to set you up with a trial version
