I compare the download lists. The new one has almost 100 stones more than the old. Are the extra stones guaranteed? If not, how can I tell the guaranteed stone or not?

There were some problem in the new one, which we fixed, they should both show more or less the same results now. The availability is not included in the output columns, so you will have to query for 'guaranteed' seperately.

How cab I put criteria of rapnet Discount in new DLS like we did in old service fromDiscount=-30&toDiscount=-80
?

In the manual feed settings, under the price option, you can enter -30 and -80, and choose 'Rap Percentage' from the drop down box next to it

I already set there but didn't get the diamonds
I have set 5 different feeds and in 3rd fancy feed i didn't use this discount but in others
i put the value as per you suggested but didn't get diamond for that in which i have put
-30 and -80 and select Rap Percentage

Hello,
I have set my feeds as per my criteria and add discount on white diamond feed -50 and -90 and select Rap percentage option from Drop down.
I didn't set discount on fancy diamond.
and after that import diamond form DLS then also only getting only fancy diamonds not white diamonds in which we have set discount -50 and -90 Rap percentage.
Kindly check and confirm
