Hi M,
At the moment RapNet does not support an add to cart module for Instant Inventory. We work with a company called Nanowebgroup that have already created such a plugin for WordPress (WooCommerce) which you can find here: http://nanowebgroup.com/product/rapnet-instant-inventory-wordpress-woocomerce/
