Hi!
While requesting:
http://technet.rapaport.com/HTTP/DLS/GetFile.aspx?ticket=MYTICKET
I get the result:
"File not found"
I tried to change MYTICKET I get
"Authentication failed" (as expected)
If I request GetFile.aspxX instead of GetFile.aspx I get an XML-result telling me:
"The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." (also not unexpected).
So my URL seems to be correct, but what is wrong?

You have to wait until the file is created,
Files created three times a day.
