Thread: Fail to retrieve Diamond List

I follow the following Guide to retrieve Diamond List, but Fail:

The response said:

One important thing, before Aug 3, 2013, the download operation succeeded.

Can you tell me how this can happen and how to fix it?

Hi,

Your subscription for this particular service (DLS) ended on August 2nd.

Plesae contact customer service to sort this out

Are you sure you managed to pass the authentication?

Hi,

We have used the given code from http://technet.rapaport.com/Info/Dls/SampleCode/PHP_Example.aspx

We have used original username and password. It must authenticate.

Please let us know how to check whether authentication has been passed or not.

 You will get a ticket back. If you don't authenticate you can an access denied error.

You can try manually as well at this link: https://technet.rapaport.com/HTTP/Authenticate.aspx
