Thread: About diamonds feed

Hi,

I could not use this http://technet.rapaport.com/Info/RapLink/SampleCode/Full_Example.aspx to download feeds for days. Pls tell me what causes the problem.

There was a problem on the server side.
Everything should work now again.

If something suddenly stops working on our side, please make sure to alert customer service, so we can deal with the problem. service@diamonds.net or phone.

it is not available since 07/21/2010, that is the last download from my website. Our report says "The operation has timed out", this means the connection to rapnet.com is not established.

Hi,

I have not changed anything, I do not know why my application can not download diamonds feed. I did the test on my local and hosting, they failed all. Note that I have used this for months.
I found that the code was stopped at webRequest.GetResponse() and timed out. Please check if you had any changes and let me know.

Hi there,

It's been 10 days that I can not use diamonds feed download. Is there any changes from your side. My manager complains me about our application.
Note that I am using the code from http://technet.rapaport.com/Info/RapLink/SampleCode/Full_Example.aspx
