Hi there. We have switched over to downloading the feed file from technet, however I noticed that the owner names in the feed are totally different.
For example, in the old feed file, two specific owners were listed using their rapnet name code:
FASTAG
ELEPH
In the new feed file they are listed instead by their company names:
IDEAL BRILLIANT CO INC
ELEFANT DIAMONDS INC
This is problematic on many levels for us. Is this a simple mistake or a specific change? I would like to get the rapnet name code back in the feed. If not in the same column, in an additional column at the end.

Hi Justin
Yes that’s a change we did in the TechNet, however we will add a new column named “NameCode” as optional in the “Customize Diamond Feed Data” so you can go in
http://www.rapnet.com/RapNet/DownloadListings/Download.aspx select the columns you want to display (in “Customize Diamond Feed Data”) and click on “Generate Code” for getting the URL in TechNet
