I am getting stone using DLS method in PHP.

I am getting stones in CSV file. Now, I want to get stones for specific shapes only.. so How can I pass desired shape ids by using above service.
also can you please tell me how can i pass other parameters also with specific values like carat, cut, color, clarity, etc.
