Usually there is, you must contact customer support service@diamonds.net or just phone a Rapaport office in your time zone.

Hi Miriam,
Go to the upload history page - http://www.rapnet.com/Rapnet/Lotmanager/UploadHistory.aspx , there you can find all the stock files you have uploaded in the past.

I was using the add diamonds feature, not the file upload method, so I don't have anything saved at the upload history page.
Got into this mess by accidentally hitting the "replace all" button on the upload diamonds form...

I'll advice you to use stock file OR to export the diamonds that you have uploaded in case you use the add single diamond feature to have a backup file of your diamonds (there is an export button at the top right side of the 'My Listings' page).
Anyway, where would you like me to send the file with your recovered diamond? can you provide me your Email address?
