| Dear Rapnet Programers:
1.
First I want to acknowledge the awesome program rap net is and how it
helps so many diamond purveyors connect and prosper.
However................
2. Please address the issue that many of
us spend 100,000's of thousands of dollars on building our own software
or paying high labor to input and export or images up to rapnet to make
it a better experience for your users. The fact that all my images or in
PNG format and not JPG. Requires me to not use my auto upload features
and actually pay high priced labor to re-format and downgrade my
resolution to JPG. This is so uncalled for. EBAY and Amazon and most
sites handle png could use please make the simply adjustment to your
code to allow PNG format.
