Thread: Ticket Length Increase

Hi,

 We daily use the webservices. Since yesterday  the length of the ticket number has suddenly increased from around 300  to 2826.  This was causing an issue for our system. Can you please check  and if the size increase then by how much .

There is no change with the ticket
it is still around 350 characters

The tickets haven't changed on our side.

Hi Leo,

Thanks for all the help. The issue is resolved. There was a server communication issue which had cause the problem. The manual ticket generation helped.
