You can upload files with a picture of a diamond to RapNet. You can create the image
of the diamond in any way you like, one of the options is the GemScope. You can upload the
images file for a
single diamond listing, or bulk upload files through the website or TradeLink.
Bulk uploaded files are automatically matched to diamond listings according to the
file name. The file name should be either the certificate number, the stock number,
or the name specified in the "DiamondImage" column in the upload file.
TradeLink uploads all files from a specified folder.
Bulk upload can accept zip files up to 100 MB, but we recommend
splitting files up into smaller files up to 25 MB. A confirmation screen will show
which scans were matched to which diamond listings.
You can delete uploaded image files through the website.
