How to upload scans of Diamond Grading Reports

You can upload scanned copies of diamond grading certificates directly to RapNet by using the TradeLink (recommended) or one by one on the RapNet site while editing your Diamond Listings.

Files uploaded in bulk are automatically matched to the correct diamond listings according to the file name. The file name should be given as either the certificate number, the stock number, or the name specified in the CertificateImage column in the upload file. TradeLink will upload all files from a specified folder. A confirmation screen will be show you which scans were matched to which diamond listings.

Bulk upload can accept zip files up to 100 MB, but we recommend splitting files up into smaller files of up to 25 MB each. You can manage uploaded certificate scans through RapNet.com at SELL DIAMONDS-MY LISTINGS-MY IMAGE FILES.

If your certificate scan already appears on another website and you do not want to upload the file to RapNet, you can a paste a full working URL in the CertificateImage column of your upload file. This link will then be available on your diamond listing in RapNet.
